What an amazing year it has been! To the date, 1 year ago, our journey started, and Andre Stolz and myself took a leap of faith to put our pen to paper and incorporate Budding Innovations Pte. Ltd. We entered unchartered waters with a vision on how to build an end-to-end technology commercialization firm. Singapore represented fertile grounds as we're operating at the intersection between world class technology innovation and leading global companies seeking to build new ideas into their pipelines. We were 'late' to arrive to the Incubation and Acceleration scene, so we had our challenges cut out for us to build our equity, our positioning and our unique value-add.

The 12 months that followed have been such a tremendous experience, where we have fully organically grown BI to what it is today. We have not taken external investments, and yet have been able to build a rich pipeline of high profile clients, a bespoke strategic partnership network to enable efficient technology maturation, and an active project & incubatee list that still raises the hair on the back of my neck.

But the best thing of all; our team, the people that make up BI. With their passion, commitment, drive, sacrifice and vision, all we dreamed about became possible, and it turned out better, bigger, bolder. I am proud to be surrounded by such an inspiring group of people.

We are strong at our core, but we are stronger through our partnerships. The network of companies we work with, is crucial in executing the technology maturation programs. With every partner that comes onboard, we build new pillars, and the most valued partners & friends that were with us from the beginning are seamlessly embedded into our model.

Looking ahead, we have a full pipeline of exciting opportunities, and view on a growing number of incubatees we will take onboard as we continue to grow our team, our ecosystem, and our capabilities. The next 12 months will be busteling with activity. I can't wait to share more on the great work the BI team is doing.
